UseMine is a listing platform. Users create listings, communicate directly and arrange rentals between themselves.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for their own listings, item condition, pickup, return, pricing, safety and private agreements. UseMine does not own, inspect, deliver, guarantee or insure listed items.

Prohibited use

Do not list stolen, illegal, unsafe, misleading or prohibited items. UseMine may remove listings, reviews or accounts where needed.

Payments and upgrades

Browsing is free. Paid upgrades or listing fees may be offered. Card details are handled by third-party processors, not stored by UseMine.

Reviews

Reviews are user-submitted opinions gathered through private review links or approved processes. UseMine may moderate, hide or remove reviews. Verified User means basic account verification only; it does not mean UseMine guarantees the user or item.

Liability

UseMine is not responsible for private rental agreements, disputes, loss, damage or injury arising from user arrangements. Contact hello@usemine.com.au with questions.
